Amber Enterprises India Ltd said it has been allotted 100 acres of land by the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) for setting up
a new manufacturing facility near Jewar Airport, the company said.
The allotment, made on January 18, 2026, is located in Sector 8 of YEIDA.
In addition, Ascent-K Circuit Private Ltd, a subsidiary of IL JIN Electronics (India) Private Ltd—a material subsidiary of Amber Enterprises—has received an allotment of 16 acres from YEIDA to establish a separate manufacturing unit in Sector 10, also near Jewar Airport.
The combined investment proposed for the two facilities stands at ₹6,785 crore, to be implemented in phases under the investment scheme. The projects are expected to generate direct employment for over 3,000 people over time.
According to the company's exchange filing, the new manufacturing units will significantly expand the group’s production capabilities, boost localisation of critical components in line with the ‘Atmanirbhar Bharat’ initiative, and strengthen domestic manufacturing capacity.
Shares of Amber Enterprises India Ltd ended lower on Monday, January 19, by 1.14% at ₹6,075.00 on the NSE.
