SLN Terminus Hotels and Resorts Private Limited is an India-incorporated company that operates a Marriott-associated hotel on leased premises at SLN Terminus, Gachibowli, Hyderabad.
The property comprises 75 long-stay rooms spread across the 9th to 12th floors, with a built-up area of approximately 1.65 lakh sq. ft., along with parking facilities and an undivided land share of about 2,442 square yards, according to exchange filings.
As per the disclosure, the acquisition will be executed entirely through cash consideration and, once completed, SLN Terminus Hotels and Resorts will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Viceroy Hotels Limited. The transaction is expected to be completed within one year from the date of shareholder approval.
According to the filing, the acquisition is a related-party transaction, as Viceroy Hotels director S. Prabhaker Reddy is also the managing director of the target company. The company said the deal has been carried out at arm’s length, based on independent valuation reports.
Viceroy Hotels said the proposed acquisition aligns with its strategy to expand its hospitality portfolio and strengthen its market presence and asset base. The company expects the transaction to deliver operational synergies, improved cost efficiencies and optimised resource utilisation, while contributing to revenue growth and profitability in the coming years.
