For the quarter ended December 31, 2025, total revenue increased 21.8% year-on-year to ₹826 crore, led by growth in ARR AUM. Revenue from operations increased 33.2% to ₹806 crore from ₹605 crore a year earlier, while ARR revenue rose 45.4% year-on-year to ₹619 crore.
The company reported assets under management (AUM) of ₹7,11,398 crore for the third quarter, comprising ARR AUM of ₹3,17,906 crore and transactional or brokerage AUM of ₹3,93,492 crore.

In the wealth management business, ARR AUM rose 34.5% year-on-year to ₹2,18,957 crore, supported by growth across segments. The 360 ONE Plus proposition recorded a 41.7% year-on-year increase, while the distribution and lending businesses grew 30.3% and 32.0% year-on-year, respectively. Overall, the company manages assets for more than 8,500 relevant families and corporates.
In asset management, ARR AUM increased 16.1% year-on-year to ₹98,949 crore, driven largely by growth in private equity, which rose 16% year-on-year, real assets, which grew 72.1% year-on-year, and customised multi-asset strategies, which expanded 59.8% year-on-year.
Combined ARR retention improved to 81 basis points, compared with 70 basis points in Q3FY25. Within this, wealth management retention was at 79 basis points, while asset management retention stood at 85 basis points.
