Under the agreement, both entities will collaborate on existing and upcoming infrastructure projects, including financing and refinancing of port-related initiatives, with an estimated value of ₹5,000 crore.
The MoU was signed in Mumbai on Friday (October 24) by HUDCO Chairman and Managing Director Sanjay Kulshrestha and JNPA Chairman Unmesh Sharad Wagh.
According to HUDCO, the understanding marks the beginning of efforts to identify potential areas for partnership in enhancing port infrastructure and supporting the financing needs of development projects at JN Port.
