Greenpanel Industries Ltd reported a steady operating performance for the third quarter, marked by a sharp improvement in margins alongside healthy revenue
growth, which drove a strong reaction in the stock.
The company’s net profit rose 20% year-on-year to ₹10.2 crore, compared with ₹8.5 crore in the same quarter last year. Revenue increased 15.8% to ₹416.3 crore from ₹359.4 crore a year ago, reflecting continued traction across its product segments.
Operating performance stood out during the quarter. EBITDA jumped to ₹41 crore from ₹17.3 crore in the year-ago period, leading to a sharp expansion in margins to 9.8% from 4.8% last year. The improvement underscores better cost efficiencies and operating leverage.

Shares of Greenpanel Industries touched an intraday high of ₹250, rising nearly 14%, before paring some gains. As of 3:05 pm, the stock was trading at ₹234 on the NSE, up ₹14.98, or 6.84%.
