The mainboard IPO was open for subscription from July 30 to August 1.
The retail quota of the IPO was booked 7.73 times, while the Non-Institutional Investors’ (NIIs) category subscribed the offer by a stellar 34.98 times. The Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) category witnessed a strong subscription of 103.97 times. The Employees segment of the company subscribed to the offer 15.42
The IPO was entirely an Offer-for-Sale (OFS) of 5.01 crore shares with no fresh issue component. As the issue is entirely an Offer-for-Sale, NSDL will not receive any proceeds. The IPO price band was fixed between ₹760 and ₹800 per share.
The investors, who bid for the IPO shares, can check the allotment status online via the NSE, BSE and the official website of the issue registrar, MUFG Intime India Private Limited (Link Intime).

· From the dropdown menu,
· Select any one of the PAN, Application Number, DP/Client ID, or Account Number/IFSC to view your allotment status
· Enter the required details
· Click on 'Submit' to check the allotment status
The IPO share allotment status can also be checked on the NSE website using PAN and application number.
The shares of the company are expected to be credited to the Demat accounts of successful bidders on Tuesday, August 5. The company will initiate refunds for non-allottees on the same day.
Shares of NSDL Ltd are tentatively scheduled to be listed on the BSE on Wednesday, August 6.
NSDL is the largest depository in India by the number of issuers, the number of active instruments, market share in Demat value of settlement volume and value of assets under custody.
