Ancient Secrets Unveiled
A new application named 'Dosha Nivarana' (DNA) has been introduced by Aja AstroTech, a Hyderabad-based company. This digital tool aims to make the profound
knowledge of Vedic astrology, rooted in a text dating back 5,000 years, readily accessible to contemporary users. Unlike modern applications that might rely on artificial intelligence for predictions, the DNA app strictly adheres to the time-honored Jyotisha methodologies as outlined in the revered Brihat Parashara Hora Shastra. The app's launch was graced by notable personalities, signaling a significant effort to bridge the gap between ancient astrological wisdom and the modern generation's understanding and needs.
Identify Doshas, Find Solutions
The 'Dosha Nivarana' app is equipped to identify a comprehensive list of 50 classical astrological impediments, known as 'Doshas.' For each identified dosha, the app provides a selection of remedies drawn from a vast repository of over 75 traditional solutions, all derived from the Parasara system. Users can generate intricate astrological charts, such as the 'Janma Patrika' (birth chart), or delve into specialized analyses like the 'Rahu-Ketu' planetary influences. Additionally, the app features a utility for pinpointing auspicious timings for significant life events. For added convenience, a family management function allows users to store and manage multiple astrological charts, which is particularly useful for larger, joint family structures.
Expanding Accessibility
Currently, the 'Dosha Nivarana' application is available in both Telugu and English, catering to a significant segment of the Indian population. However, the developers have ambitious plans for wider linguistic reach. By June 2026, the app is slated to expand its language support to include 11 additional Indian languages. This expansion is a strategic move to ensure that the profound insights and practical guidance offered by traditional Vedic astrology become more readily available and understandable to individuals across the diverse linguistic landscape of India.
