16th to 20th, anticipates a global attendance of approximately 200,000 individuals. For those who haven't yet registered for this landmark event, the process is straightforward. Prospective attendees should navigate to the official India AI Summit website and locate the "Register Now" option prominently displayed on the upper right side of the homepage. This portal allows for two distinct registration paths: "Register as a delegate" or "Register as 'media accreditation.'" Upon selecting your preferred category, you will be prompted to complete a form requiring essential personal information, including your name, email address, and a photograph. Following the successful completion of your registration, an email confirmation will be dispatched, containing all pertinent event details. Remember to bring a valid form of identification alongside your QR code for entry into the Bharat Mandapam venue.
Navigating the Venue
On February 16th, the summit's main venues, including the Bharat Mandapam Convention Centre and Sushma Swaraj Bhawan, will be accessible from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM. However, the Expo Arena within Bharat Mandapam will observe a closure for the initial day due to the Prime Minister's inauguration ceremony scheduled for 5:00 PM. To facilitate attendee movement and manage potential congestion, specific entry gates and timings have been designated. Entry via Gate 4 will be permitted between 7:30 AM and 2:00 PM, while Gate 7 will open its access to visitors only after 2:00 PM. For those arriving via the Metro, direct entry is facilitated through Gate 10. Given the restricted parking availability in the immediate vicinity of the event, attendees are strongly encouraged to utilize public transportation, such as the Metro, buses, or to opt for taxi services. For those who must drive, parking has been arranged at designated locations including Purana Qila, the Zoo, and JLN Stadium, with shuttle services available to transport attendees to and from the summit grounds.
