For the artificial intelligence chatbot, the primary concern raised by users revolved around its core chat functionality, accounting for 53% of all reported problems. This suggests a fundamental breakdown in the conversational interface, rendering the service unusable for many. Following closely, 23% of complaints pertained to general application bugs, indicating broader instability within the software. Website accessibility issues were also noted, affecting 13% of users, which could have prevented access to the platform's online presence or support resources. Productivity Suite Problems
The productivity suite faced its own set of critical challenges, with the most prevalent issue being login difficulties, reported by 32% of affected users. This prevented access to the suite's array of tools and services. Close behind, 31% of users experienced disruptions with their email service, specifically mentioning hiccups with Exchange, a crucial component for many businesses. Additionally, 25% of users reported problems accessing the suite's website, potentially hindering their ability to seek support or find information about the ongoing outage.
