Mumbai Man Puts N95 Mask On Air Quality Monitor– AQI Drops From Almost 200 To… | Viral Video

Amid dropping temperatures and rising AQI in multiple cities in India, how important do you think the N95 mask is? Well, if this experiment is to be believed, then the answer would be a huge ‘very important’!

A video was recently shared on social media, which showed a Mumbai man conducting an experiment over the ‘importance’ of the N95 mask. The man first showed the AQI in his area- Juhu Beach. As per an air quality monitor, the AQI was between 191 to 192- “almost 200”. The man then covered the monitor’s back with the N95 mask- basically covering the air inlet of the air quality monitor. As soon as the mask covered the air inlet, the AQI began to drop rapidly- eventually stopping at 37.The man then removed the mask from the back of the air quality monitor, only for the AQI to shoot up to 201!
