A concerning picture of six young kids sitting on one scooter in Bengaluru is circulating on the internet, leaving many questioning the traffic rules and lack of punishment against traffic violations in the city. As per the post, the picture was clicked on Sunday, April 26, in the morning at around 10:45 AM. The group was spotted near the “Padarayanapura main road”. As soon as the post went viral, netizens began to react and tag the Bengaluru Police and the Bengaluru Traffic Police, asking them to take action against the matter.In India, the legal age for a person to ride a motorcycle under 50cc is 16 years, and 18 for cars and geared motorcycles. It is also
illegal for more than two people to ride a two-wheeler in India, as it is a violation of Section 128 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988.
