With the state of West Bengal going through one of the biggest changes in decades, it’s quite understandable that people are reacting in a variety of ways. Some are welcoming Prime Minister Narendra Modi-led Bharatiya Janata Party with open arms, while others are pushing the WB Assembly Election results as hard as they can, to show their support towards long-standing Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee and her All India Trinamool Congress. Amid the chaos, a rather interesting clip came forward, which showed an alleged TMC worker blaming BJP workers for “beating” her up.The video showed her getting interviewed by some reporters, while she was answering with a bandage on her head. In the middle of her interview, an alleged BJP supporter ended up removing
the bandage, only to find out that the head injury was a “fake”.What happened next was another twist that no one saw coming: the allegedly TMC supporters began to beat up the one who exposed the fake injury. The video immediately went viral, pulling many reactions. Most found the incident somewhat hilarious, while others criticised the violence.WB will finally witness a government change in the state after years, as the BJP was able to secure its first ever victory here. The voting for the Assembly Elections for West Bengal were held in two phases, while the result was announced on Monday, May 04.Coming back to the video, Times Now could not confirm the details and the authenticity of the post.Check out the viral post: “A TMC worker with bandage on her head claimed that she was beaten up by BJP workers. BJP workers removed the bandage but there was no sign of injury. So, they beat her up and returned the bandage and told her that people will believe you now,” the post read.
