A few days ago, it was Russia- now, it seems like it’s Pakistan! Yes, Pakistan’s Quetta became the latest city to witness something so phenomenally beautiful and ‘rare’, that the internet began to connect
it with ‘UFOs and aliens’. A video was shared online, which showed a massive ‘rainbow glow’ illuminating the night sky of Quetta near the Koh-e-Murdaar mountain peak. The glow was colorful enough to resemble the breathtaking Aurora lights, as per many. Not just ‘extraterrestrial’ links, but the mysterious phenomenon was also connected to possible ‘missile launch and tests’. Reportedly, the glow was seen moments before the sunrise, due to which the sky pretty much appeared dark- further highlighting the mysterious formation. After much virality, a ‘scientific’ explanation of the same began to surface on social media, with netizens discussing it in detail. As per many netizens, the said colorful glow was a natural phenomenon- lenticular clouds. Reportedly, lenticular clouds are ‘stationary clouds’, that are often formed in the ‘troposphere’, in ‘parallel alignment to the wind direction’. They look lens-shaped or saucer-shaped, due to which they are often connected to something extraterrestrial.Times Now could not confirm the authenticity of the post.Check out the viral post: The post was shared on X (formerly Twitter), by the handle ‘SuperShane8’. The post was shared yesterday and pulled many views from netizens.
