A Noida man's hard-earned money, investment, experience and everything else that came with his flat that he allegedly bought for Rs 1 crore– seemingly went down the drain, leaving him "regretting" the expensive purchase! Taking to social media, the Noida resident explained why he feels that his flat at a high-rise apartment building of Rs 1 crore was a waste of money. As per the video, the condition of the building is not the best, from missing POP and paint to garbage and pigeons, the condition looked unacceptable for a place that expensive.The man further claimed that he is suffering from several skin problems due to pigeons hovering around his balcony.The clip showed several pigeons near his balcony, along with the birds on the balconies

of the neighbouring apartments. The resident allegedly lives on the 22nd floor of his building. The post, soon after being shared, went viral and left many reacting. Most agreed with him, while others recalled similar issues. Many also suggested getting rid of pigeons, claiming that they often cause several “deadly diseases”.
