With that said, it makes sense why this German tourist visiting India was left shocked and impressed after he was able to get a rabies vaccination for free at a government hospital! Taking to social media, the man recalled the entire incident. As per the video, he accidentally got bitten by a stray dog the other night. However, to his surprise, when he visited a public hospital in Surat, Gujarat, he got the vaccination free of cost.The man, hailing the Indian healthcare system, stated that he still has to get 4 more rabies shots. The man also appreciated the hygiene maintained in the hospital, and claimed that the same treatment would
not have been possible in a foreign country. “I was surprised. I got the treatment for free. I was really surprised by how quick and clean the service was,” the man said.The post was quick to go viral, drawing all kinds of reactions.
