‘Automated Pigeon Defence System’ Grabs Internet’s Attention! VIDEO

‘Overpopulation of pigeons’ is a thing and from the past few years, people have started being more vocal about the issues that they face due to these birds- specifically in residential areas and buildings. Keeping that in mind, it’s understandable why the internet found an “Automated Pigeon Defence System” “more than interesting”! A video was recently shared on social media, which showed the said DIY defence system. As per the video, it was made by a man, using simple items like a toy water gun, a camera and more, in combination with a bit more complex things like ‘servo motors, a resistor, a transistor’ and more.The clip showed the DIY system shooting water on pigeons that were landing on the balcony. The creator of the system also explained

the working of the "invention". As per his explanation, the camera allegedly captures the footage, while the ‘neural network' allegedly 'recognises the pigeons’. The mounted water gun then turns toward the bird and sprays water.The video immediately went viral, pulling many reactions.
