Visuals so bizarre that half the internet thinks it's AI, and the other half is too stunned to speak! Russia’s Kamchatka recently went deep under the snow after the city was hit by one of the world's snow disasters ever seen. Videos and pictures of high rise buildings covered under snow mountains or massive heaps of snow reaching the second or third floors of the apartment buildings came forward, leaving everyone stunned. People were seen digging tunnels to walk outside their houses, while some were seen making the best out of the worst by playing in the snow. However, not everything was happy-go-lucky for all, as per multiple reports, two people died in Russia’s Far East due to snow. The snow reportedly fell from a building’s roof. On social
media, some are even calling it a ‘snow apocalypse’, while others are quick to point out how global warming is the culprit. As per Wion, authorities have shut the city’s schools and businesses down. Kamchatka-Inform, a local media outlet, also reported that the local stores are also running out of essentials, as per residents. “The difficulties arising are purely logistical in nature and stem from travel restrictions. The deliveries are gradually resuming as roads are cleared,” regional government head Yulia Morozova was quoted as saying, as per local website Kamchatka Media. Check out the viral post: “A severe snow disaster has hit Russia’s Kamchatka region after record snowfall buried towns and residential areas, with snow piling up to second-floor apartments in several buildings.
