However, by the time forensic examination revealed the real cause, most Indians were already blaming the watermelon for the deaths. With that said, it’s quite understandable why the summer fruit is currently under the scanner by many! Labelling watermelon “poisonous” yet again, Popular YouTuber Gaurav Taneja, aka Flying Beast, shared an unusual video on his channel, which immediately went viral.“Tarbooz Mein Nikala Zeher (Found poison in watermelon),” was what the YouTuber’s video read, while the clip showed a foaming watermelon in his kitchen. Allegedly, his wife Ritu had bought the fruit from a local vendor; however,
the family was left confused and even scared after the fruit began to ooze foam. Allegedly, the foam oozed for hours, amid which the YouTuber revealed that the watermelon was left outside the fridge for a long time before the foaming started.The clip also showed the couple going back to the vendor who had sold the watermelon, to ask him to check what was wrong with the fruit. Turned out, the watermelon was rotten, due to being left outside the refrigerator for hours.The video soon went viral, pulling many reactions.
