Rocky Randhawa was a character played by actor Ranveer Singh in the hit film ‘Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani’, which was directed by Karan Johar. The movie came out in 2023, whereas the scene-in-question is when Randhawa- a Punjabi- danced on a Bengali song with his to-be father-in-law, who was also a Bengali.The video went viral and won over the internet.
