They sure have become much more operational, in comparison to what they were facing just 2 to 3 days ago– but India’s one of the biggest airlines, IndiGo, is still experiencing its own fair share of issues and even criticism. For those not aware, the airline was left cripped for a good number of days post December 01, after the government introduced new and stricter rules over crew safety. As per the new rules, which came into effect on December 01, pilots were supposed to get more resting time between their flights, which was quick to disrupt IndiGo’s roster planning. Hence, the ‘drama’ of the ‘pilot shortage’.However, the airline is only now getting back on track- slowly and steadily. But just because things are improving, it does not mean
passengers are completely fine. A video was recently shared online, which showed an IndiGo crew onboard a flight, handing goody bags to its passengers.Turns out, the bags were a form of apology, as the flight had been delayed by 9 hours. The passenger who had shared the video of getting the goody bag later shared what was inside the bags. As seen in the clip, the bag had Gourmet popcorn, Methi Mathri, Mixed Fruit Juice and a card. The clip was shared online, leaving netizens reacting.
