It’s not every day that you pay just Rs 279 and get food items worth Rs 2,490! A Zomato customer was left stunned, excited, impressed and speechless- all at once- after he ended up going through the exact “lucky” situation mentioned above. Taking to social media, the man shared about the incident. As per a Reddit post on the same, the man paid hardly Rs 300, but received a Zomato order of over Rs 2,000. Allegedly, the order was a “floating order” that the customer had stumbled upon. “Zomato! You’ve outdone yourself," the customer’s clearly appreciative caption read.As per the Redditor, a ‘floating order’ is allegedly when a random customer orders food, but cancels it after preparation. the order available for the rest on a discounted price; whoever spots the order first and pays for it– gets to take the meal home!The post soon went viral, pulling many reactions.
