Spending over a thousand rupees on buying lady finger is not exactly something that any Indian would ever choose– perhaps that’s why, this Indian man in the US and the rest of the Indian netizens were left shocked after the man came across “Bhindi worth Rs 7,200” at a store! Wait, what? A video was shared on social media, where the man showed a small container he came across at the store. The container had “85 grams” of fried and salted ‘Bhindi’, which was being sold for over USD 6. Calculating the cost of 1 kilogram of ‘Bhindi’, the man stated that it will cost over Rs 7,000.The video immediately went viral, as most commented how it's simply a “sabzi” in India, but is a full-blown “snack” in the US.
