An
unexpected moment at a high-profile wedding has set social media abuzz after a well-known political figure revealed a musical side few had seen before. The wedding in question was that of the brother of popular educator Faizal Khan, widely known as Khan Sir. Hosted by Khan Sir, the grand celebration was attended by several prominent guests, including former Bihar minister and Janshakti Janta Dal (JJD) chief Tej Pratap Yadav, the eldest son of Rashtriya Janata Dal founder Lalu Prasad Yadav. What caught everyone off guard was Tej Pratap stepping onto the stage with a guitar in hand.
A video from the event has since gone viral on Instagram, showing Tej Pratap strumming the guitar with a broad smile. Dressed in a simple white kurta pyjama paired with a shawl, he appeared relaxed as the clip played to music from Shah Rukh Khan’s iconic film
Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge. The performance took place shortly after his visit to the Patna Book Fair.As the video gained momentum online, it sparked a wave of mixed reactions in the comments section. While some users appreciated the display and praised his apparent talent, others responded with humour and a dose of scepticism. One commenter suggested that Tej Pratap seemed to have more talent than he is usually credited for, while a third wrote, “Teju bhaiya is talented, man.”However, the performance didn’t impress everyone. A section of viewers doubted its authenticity, with some suggesting the music may have been added in later. One sarcastic comment read, “This isn’t a vlog, it’s a stage performance, there are no jump cuts here, Teju bhaiya.” Another user bluntly remarked, “He’s not even playing any chords.”
