it while laughing in shock.In the viral Instagram video, the man can barely contain his amusement as he comments, “The people of India Post are delivering parcels, but not in the way one would think. They are tossing parcels on the railway tracks - a train can easily run over all these parcels.”As his camera keeps rolling, workers are shown hurling packages out of a coach one after another, with little concern for what they contain.
