correct? Well, this frustration turned into a reality for tourists visiting Agra recently, as the Taj Mahal was nowhere to be seen! A video was shared online, which showed a thick layer of fog and smog engulfing the Taj Mahal, leaving onlookers and tourists to see nothing but fog. A video from the Taj View Point was also shared on social media, showing people gazing into the ‘nothingness’ of the fog amid poor visibility.The view was quick to leave many disappointed, resulting in people reacting to the same on social media. Most also blamed the air pollution behind the thick combination of smog and fog, while some suggested visiting the monument during comparatively better weather conditions.Northern India has been witnessing heavy fog and smog for the last few days. Reportedly, the India Meteorological Department (IMD), on Saturday, December 20, also issued an ‘orange alert’ for ‘dense to very dense fog’ in several parts of the country. The post was shared on X (formerly Twitter), by the handle ‘Times Now’. The post was shared today, and pulled more than 6K views from netizens.
