Taking to social media, Siddharth Sevarth from Uttar Pradesh’s Ghazipur shared about the unique list of ‘chief guests’ he had invited to his younger sister’s wedding; beggars from all over the city, which quickly turned into the internet’s favourite. A video was shared online, where Sevarth was seen welcoming a good number of beggars.
The clip further showed them tasting ‘wedding meals’ for the first time, along with many dancing their hearts out on the stage.Sevarth then began to recall the ‘peace and happiness’ that come from helping the poor and people in need. He stated how he wanted to make such people feel important, by letting them join his and his family’s happiness. The video also showed Sevarth personally inviting beggars from multiple areas, days before the wedding.As soon as the clip went viral, netizens fell in love with the gesture.
