The internet currently cannot stop talking about and admiring IPS Archit Chandak, and for all the correct reasons. Chandak is a graduate from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. It was 2016 when he graduated with a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, and that is also when he got a ‘Rs 35 LPA’ job offer from a Japanese firm. However, cut to 2026, the man is not serving Japan but is serving the public of India, as a Superintendent of Police in Maharashtra.Reportedly, Chandak was born in Nagpur and was always a star student. He not only topped the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) in the city in 2012, but also got into

one of the most prestigious IITs.However, when he finally got the fruit of all his preparation in the form of an impressive job offer from a foreign country, what he chose turned into a defining point in his life. Choosing his ‘IPS dream’ and prioritising his country, Chandak decided to prepare for the Civil Services Examination. In 2018, the young talent was able to clear the UPSC exam in his very first attempt.
