The internet became all about the Kirks once again- as Turning Point USA CEO Erika Kirk shared a wholesome video online on her marriage anniversary– remembering her love story and marital journey that she shared with her late husband, Charlie Kirk. The emotional throwback began with the moment that started it all- Charlie on one knee and Erika in tears- and ended with their kiss after the “I Do” at their wedding. The 31-year-old conservative activist was shot in the neck during his first stop of a 14-city “American Comeback Tour” at UVU. A prominent Trump supporter, Charlie, was also a key figure in the Republican Party’s populist conservatism, particularly in engaging young voters through social media and campus events.
