Reddit users across the globe are facing major connectivity issues as the popular social media platform went down, affecting thousands of users. Over 10,000 people have already reported the outage, saying Reddit isn’t working for them. As expected, users quickly flocked to X (formerly Twitter) to share their frustration — and soon enough, the Reddit outage turned into a full-blown meme fest.Many users took to X to complain about being unable to log in or access their feeds properly. Reports on Reddit’s India-specific page on DownDetector also show a steady rise in complaints.Social media reactions poured in, with one user hilariously writing, "Me feeling relieved after finding out that Reddit is down and my account isn’t banned." Another joked,

The number of outage reports has now crossed 20,000 and continues to rise.Adding to the chaos, Amazon Web Services (AWS) has also been hit by an outage impacting several of its cloud regions. According to DownDetector, the majority of reports are from the US-East-1 (Northern Virginia) region (69%), followed by US-West-2 (Oregon) at 18%, and US-West-1 (California) at 13%.
