Meanwhile, Interpol has issued a Blue Corner Notice against nightclub owners Saurabh and Gaurav Luthra, the Goa CMO confirmed. A preliminary inquiry into the devastating fire at the nightclub suggested that “electric firecrackers” were set off inside the premises, sparking a blaze that claimed 25 lives. Goa Police have intensified their investigation, revealing that one more co-owner has been identified. However, the Luthra brothers’ swift escape has now placed them at the centre of a multi-state manhunt involving the Goa Police, Delhi Police, and the Interpol Division of the CBI.
