An Instagram reel allegedly ranked Indians among the “top three worst travellers in the world”-- and it was an Indian itself who defended the said reel. Taking to social media, an Indian woman- Khush Ahlawat- living in Japan, listed the reasons why she “100 per cent” agreed with the said Instagram reel. Recalling her own experiences with Indians and their behaviour in Japan, the woman stated that Indians are often among the “loudest”. Ahlawat further recalled the type of “loud conversations” she has heard Indians having out in public.“Stop being so loud. You’re not the only ones living,” the woman wrote in her caption. She also asked Indians to be more “considerate” about others, especially in a country like Japan where people are mostly “soft-spoken”.“Learn
a thing or two before leaving Japan. No. 1 - being considerate about others. You can’t do it like the Japanese, but you can start by speaking softly and not letting the whole world hear your conversations. Or maybe make the conversations worth listening to,” the caption continued. The post immediately went viral, pulling in many reactions. Most sided with the woman and recalled their stories, while others blamed “lack of civic sense” behind such behaviour.Times Now could not confirm the details of the post.Check out the viral video:The post was shared on Instagram, by the handle ‘khush_ahlawat’.
