By this point in time, it has unfortunately become obvious enough that ‘understanding of civic sense’ is not the strongest suit of India and Indians. There have been far too many instances where the country was left embarrassed by the actions of fellow Indians– displaying their absolute lack of understanding of proper public behaviour. Amid the same, a video recently came forward, where a woman’s Bangkok to India flight turned into a "disappointing experience”-- all because of the amount of littering the aircraft witnessed. In the video, the woman showed a heavily trashed flight floor, followed by her criticising Indians for the same. In her caption, the woman further questioned the "responsibility of parents” in making their children learn the correct
behaviour in public. She blamed not just kids but also adults for such issues. The experience was bad enough that she went on to compare the flight with a “government bus in a village”.Further elaborating her stance, the woman also went on about how such littering adds to the work of flight attendees.Times Now could not confirm the details of the post.Check out the viral post:The post was shared on Instagram by the handle ‘Sandhya Majji’. It was shared today and pulled many views from people.
Internet’s reactions: “Indians are the biggest challenge for India’s growth,” a user said. “Indians behave like this everywhere in the world, even in their own country,” added another person. “Not surprising at all,” added another.ALSO READ: 'They Did Swaha Of The Country': 165 Litres Of Ghee Poured Into Ganga, Video Sparks Outrage “Clenliness and civic sense comes from values given by family and community...such behaviour actually show their upbringing and community culture. In the end, in a foreign country, the whole of India is getting a bad name,” commented the next. “Some adults permit their child to litter the place just to keep the child occupied! I’ve witnessed an Indian family who repeatedly gave the little girl in the baby chair food/chocolates to play with whilst the two adults (look like the child’s mother and grandmother) chit-chatted!” wrote the next.
