There was no immigration check as I was to stay in the international terminal for about 10 hours, because leaving the airport without a valid visa is not possible. It was quite late, and we were exhausted, so we found this lovely lounge where we could have food and rest for a bit.”

She added, “All was well until I got a text on WhatsApp from an Indian number saying my bag had something suspicious. To my relief, I was only asked to remove my power bank from the checked-in luggage. The staff was so lovely throughout. I left after having breakfast and headed to Nepal. So yes, as a Pakistani national, transit through India is very much possible. And Mumbai, we will meet again.”She also elaborated on her experience in the caption of the Instagram video.
