which is garnering major praise from netizens. The clip showed a woman from Uttar Pradesh, confronting a government official over previously getting mistreated. Apart from the bold confrontation, what was quick to gain everyone’s attention was the fact that the woman was directly addressing everything to the viewers of the video she was recording, which ended up making it sound like an ‘online proof’ against the official’s behaviour.As per the woman’s explanation in the clip, she wanted to get her husband’s name removed from her Ration Card. However, during the process of doing the same, the government official assisting her allegedly lost her cool over a simple question, leading to misbehaviour. Opting to confront the official on camera, the woman went ahead and began to record everything.The clip then showed the official trying to clarify her side of the story on the same video; however, it hardly sat well with netizens. Most people commented on how the official’s tone softened as soon as she came in front of the camera.
