Text overlaid on the video reads, “Are any spaces safe in India for women to workout?” The caption adds, “This happened today at a park in New Delhi. I know it is difficult to take a stand every time, but agar dheere dheere ye karne ki aadat lagai, toh ho sakta hai cheezein badlein. It is very important to show these people their place. He explained that a girl had been working out behind him while he was stretching in Nehru Park after a run. She was wearing a sports bra. He said that a man walking along the footpath had initially passed by but, after noticing the girl, turned around and came back to sit near where she was exercising, staring at her. When he noticed this behaviour, he began moving toward the man, who also made eye contact with him since he had been sitting close by while working out.He further adds, “Toh main thoda aage gaya aur maine jab uski taraf badhne laga toh usse realize ho gaya ke shayad he has figured out ke main kya badtameezi kar raha hun. Toh yeh banda aage ja raha tha aur fir mudh gaya aur mudh kar wahan baith gaya aur usko uncomfortable feel karwa raha tha. Uske baad usne rasta badal diya.'' (So I moved a little closer, and when I started walking toward him, he realised that I had probably figured out what inappropriate thing he was doing. He began walking ahead but then turned back again, sat there, and continued making her feel uncomfortable.
