Or so is what most netizens had to say, after a man narrated a rather ‘discouraging’ interaction he had with an HR during an interview. Taking to Reddit, the man shared about the said interview that he attended. During the interaction, the HR allegedly refused to “deal” with him, as he was laid off from his previous organisation. Not only did she refuse to take the candidate further, but he also allegedly referred to laid off employees as “such people”. “We don't deal with such people who got laid off,” the HR had said.
