‘Kudos’: CJP Protesters Laud Bengaluru & Aizawl Police For ‘Peacefully Handling’

Amid Delhi Police getting heavily criticised for its “brutality”, lathi charge and use of “expired tear gas shells” on Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) protesters at the Jantar Mantar– the Bengaluru Police and the Aizawl Police ended up winning the hearts of the protesters in their respective cities. Taking to social media, protesters from both cities are sharing videos, hailing and appreciating the cops for their "peaceful handling” of the protests held. Many were quick to highlight the contrast between their actions and those of the Delhi Police. In fact the lady constables very kindly said– it’s going to rain guys, get back home safe.”The CJP-led Jantar Mantar protest began over a month ago to demand the resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan over the alleged NEET Paper leak. Reportedly, the CJP leaders also met BJP's JP Nadda after the ‘Chalo Sansad’ march on Monday, July 20, to hand over their demands.Check out the viral post: “Not like your Delhi police babe. Well kudos to the police, credit where credit is due,” a user said. “I met the inspector responsible for handling everything there, he was such a humble person (great moustache) he shook my hand and spoke very sweetly,” a netizen from Bengaluru said. “Appreciation for our Mizoram police,” added another person. “North East India is 30 yrs ahead of the rest of India," commented the next person. “The rest of India should learn something from the North Eastern people,” added another person. “Peaceful bcz the police is providing safety to protesters not politicians,” added another.
