up meeting a driver with the above said mentality. A video was shared on the internet, where an Aussie man was seen interacting with a joyful auto driver, allegedly in Delhi. Apart from the driver’s cheerful perception of life, what was further intriguing was his past; believe it or not, the auto driver allegedly worked as a chef in Melbourne, Australia. The driver, speaking in fluent English, stated that he is a man who does not live for money but lives for pleasure. He further stated how life is meant to be lived, not for money, which is what he has been doing.“I’m not a businessman, I'm a living person with pleasure (a person who lives for pleasure). I’m not a money man. Money is necessary for life, but life is not for money, my friend,” the man said.The Delhi auto driver further revealed why he drives an auto, despite being someone who has worked abroad: “When you work as a driver, you have more fun.”The driver then casually asked the tourist to join him for a cup of ‘chai’, to which the foreigner agreed. The video then moved on to show the tourist enjoying some tea with the driver and his other friend.The clip soon went viral, drawing all kinds of reactions. Most loved the auto driver’s energy, while some reiterated the popular Indian belief of ‘Atithi Devo Bhava’, calling the auto driver’s treatment of the foreigner an example of the same.
