Mac and Cheese
In a mug take half cup pf macroni and half cup water with a pinch of salt. Stir and microwave for 2-3 minutes letting the pasta boil. Take out the cup, add 2 tbsp of milk, ¼ cup of grated cheese (cheddar and processed) with pepper for seasoning and microwave again for 30 secs letting the ingredients to broil. Take out, garnish with chopped parsley, scoop out and enjoy.
Chocolate cake
Mug cakes are the most satisfying desserts for late night sweet tooth cravings. In a mug take 4 tbsp flour, 3 tbsp castor sugar, a pinch of baking powder, 3 tbsp milk, 1 tbsp oil and a dash of vanilla extract. With a fork mix all the ingredients to form a smooth batter. Add some choco chips and a spoon of hazelnut butter. Microwave in medium for 2 mins. Your easy-peasy chocolate cake in a mug is ready.
Mug pizza
If you can do without the fine evenly baked crust of an oven baked pizza, this recipe is for you. In a mug add, 4 tbsp of all-purpose flour, 1/8 tsp baking powder, 2 pinches of baking soda, 1 pinch salt and mix with a fork. Make a sticky dough by adjusting consistency with milk or oil. Level the dough, add a layer of pizza or store brought marinara sauce. Add your preferred toppings like corn, belle papers onion, mushroom and then a layer of mozzarella and cheddar cheese. Sprinkle dried oregano, chili flakes and microwave for 2 mins. Viola! there’s pizza in a mug.

In a large mug add ramen noodles, vegetable stock, mixed vegetables, soy sauce, chilli sauce. Microwave for 2 to 2.5 minutes until the noodles are cooked. Top it with sesame seeds, spring onions.

This is a healthy and filling meal recipe. Crumble a block of tofu or paneer and take it in a large mug. Add soy sauce, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, chopped baby spinach, chopped mushroom. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder. Microwave for 2 minutes and it’s ready.
