Sarajevo, capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina
Following the establishment of the Socialist Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the city hosted the 1984 Winter Olympics. During the opening ceremonies, a humorous incident occurred when the Olympic flag was accidentally raised upside down.
