The event ran from April 10th to 19th, offering lunch and dinner options on an à la carte basis.
Mughal Heritage Journey
An immersive evening delving into the history of Shahjahanabad, Delhi's 17th-century Mughal capital, was presented by historian Eric Chopra. Through a visually rich art talk, participants explored iconic locations like the Red Fort and Jama Masjid, alongside lesser-known sites such as Ghalib ki Haveli. The discourse traced the city's evolution from its imperial zenith to its post-1857 transformations. This historical exploration culminated in a curated, three-course Mughal-inspired dinner at Chor Bizarre, uniting gastronomy, memory, and culture to evoke the essence of Old Delhi. The event occurred on Friday, 17 April, starting at 5:30 PM, with prices at Rs 2500 for vegetarian and Rs 3000 for non-vegetarian options, inclusive of a beverage.
Ocean's Finest Delicacies
Le Cirque, a Franco-Italian restaurant at The Leela Palace New Delhi, presented 'Queens of the Sea,' a sophisticated tasting menu from April 4th to 25th. This culinary journey celebrated the ocean's most precious ingredients, with a special focus on sea urchin, alongside offerings like Oscietra caviar, abalone, Chilean seabass, Norwegian salmon, and silver anchovies. Restaurant Week India (RWI), a significant culinary festival, made its return in April 2026 after a decade-long hiatus, from April 24th to May 3rd. This nationwide event, spanning Mumbai, Delhi-NCR, and Bengaluru, featured over 55 prominent restaurants. Each establishment offered exclusive three-course prix-fixe menus designed specifically for the festival. The reintroduction of RWI highlighted the evolution of dining in India, emphasizing experience-led and culturally driven gastronomic encounters in the country's vibrant food scene.

Spicy Duck at Taj Palace, New Delhi, hosted an exquisite dim sum and tea pairing experience, a sophisticated union of Chinese tea traditions and artisanal dim sum.
