The ultimate goal of this trip is to cultivate engaging digital content that will inspire and encourage Indian travelers to explore Nepal for various reasons such as leisure, spiritual journeys, cultural immersion, adventure pursuits, wellness retreats, and family vacations. The initiative seeks to position Nepal as an easily accessible and welcoming destination for Indian tourists, showcasing its majestic mountains, pristine lakes, significant historical sites, revered temples, ancient stupas, vibrant festivals, authentic cuisine, and rich local culture. Furthermore, it aims to highlight Nepal's spiritual significance and produce genuine digital content tailored to resonate with the Indian travel market. Eligibility criteria stipulate that applicants must be Indian nationals or digital content creators based in India, maintaining an active presence on popular platforms like YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, or X. Crucially, they must demonstrate a commitment to adhering to responsible tourism practices and cultural sensitivity guidelines during their visit. A background in creating content related to travel, culture, spirituality, lifestyle, adventure, wellness, food heritage, or tourism is essential, coupled with a substantial and actively engaged audience, preferably within the Indian travel community. The ability to produce high-quality videos, reels, posts, stories, or vlogs is a key requirement.

Selected participants in this unique familiarization trip to Nepal will be entrusted with the responsibility of creating and disseminating captivating digital content that reflects their personal experiences. To initiate the application process, prospective participants are required to submit a concise statement articulating their specific interest in undertaking the Nepal familiarization trip. This statement should also outline their innovative content ideas for effectively promoting Nepal's appeal to Indian travelers.
