Shinde acquired the aircraft in 2023 and dedicated time to its interior transformation, culminating in its public opening towards the end of 2025. The restaurant is designed to offer patrons an immersive experience, complete with elements that mimic a genuine flight, from the moment they arrive to when they depart.
