to absorb excess moisture from the atmosphere. This absorption causes the hair's outer layer, known as the cuticle, to lift and swell, disrupting its smooth appearance. Factors that strip hair of its natural oils, such as shampoos with harsh alkaline bases and styling products containing alcohol, can significantly contribute to frizz. Even heat styling tools, by drawing out moisture, can leave hair prone to becoming frizzy. Fortunately, several readily available natural treatments can help replenish lost moisture and smooth down the hair cuticle, promoting both silkiness and overall hair health.
Apple Cider Vinegar Rinse

Simply warm a tiny quantity in your palms and gently massage it through your hair and scalp. Leave it on for about 15 minutes before shampooing to remove it.
