As we navigate our thirties, a period of significant personal introspection often begins. This stage is marked by questioning deeply held beliefs and a desire

This deliberate choice cultivates a private space, free from social media, news alerts, and endless notifications, allowing for a more profound engagement with one's thoughts and surroundings.

The realization of how crucial proper running shoes are dawned upon me when my initial attempts at running proved strenuous.
