the rains! This routine focuses on exercises you can easily do within the comfort of your home.
Warm-up & Prep
Before diving into any exercise, remember to warm up. Start with dynamic stretches like arm circles, leg swings, and torso twists. These stretches get your blood flowing and muscles ready, reducing the risk of injuries. A proper warm-up is crucial.
Bodyweight Blitz
This section focuses on bodyweight exercises. Squats, lunges, push-ups, and planks are key. Perform 3 sets of 10-15 repetitions for each exercise. Remember to maintain proper form, it's more important than speed. Feel the burn, friends!
Cardio Burst Indoors
