in what Microsoft terms 'agentic AI,' empowering Copilot to function as autonomous agents. These AI assistants can now independently manage work-related tasks by interacting across a user's documents, emails, and other Office applications. The core functionality involves Copilot Cowork transforming user-initiated requests into actionable plans. These plans are then executed across the user's integrated Microsoft 365 environment.
