This earlier purchase, spanning 1,474 square feet, was reportedly valued at over INR 17 crore and was characterized by its modern interiors, reflecting a sophisticated aesthetic. The property was later appraised at an estimated value exceeding INR 20 crore. The apartment she sold, located in Matru Shakti, Pali Hill, Bandra West, featured a carpet area of 1,712 square feet and included the convenience of two dedicated parking spaces. The sale occurred at an opportune time, following a major redevelopment of the building, which likely contributed to an increase in its asset value. The buyer, Suraj Saini, paid a stamp duty of approximately INR 1.09 crore for the acquisition.
