Fenugreek & Curd

These seeds are a rich source of nicotinic acid and proteins, both critical for rebuilding and strengthening the hair shaft. Curd, or yogurt, complements fenugreek by providing lactic acid. To prepare this mask, soak two tablespoons of fenugreek seeds overnight. The following morning, grind the soaked seeds into a fine paste. Afterward, rinse it off using a mild shampoo. A crucial tip for this treatment: always rinse with cold water.
