Unveiled during the Yoga Mahotsav 2026, this initiative comprises a brief, five-minute yoga sequence specifically designed for implementation while seated on an airplane. This meticulously crafted 5-minute seated yoga sequence begins with gentle neck rotations, performed slowly to alleviate accumulated tension in the cervical region. Following this, a deliberate motion of rolling the shoulders forward and then backward is introduced, serving to effectively release any stiffness that may have developed in the upper torso. These initial movements are instrumental in improving the flexibility of the neck and shoulder joints, thereby reducing overall tightness in the upper body. The routine then progresses to a seated spinal twist: by resting one hand on the armrest and the other on the thigh, passengers can gently rotate their torso.
